At BRY, we take immense pride in the exceptional quality of our gourmet spices, seasonings, botanical infusions, and premium packaging solutions. To ensure both public health safety and customer satisfaction, we adhere to the following policies.

📋 Product-Specific Return Guidelines

• Food Products & Final Sale Policy (Spices & Teas): Due to strict public health regulations and the perishable nature of agricultural items, all food products—including loose leaf teas, botanical infusions, spices, and custom blends—are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped. We do not accept physical returns under any circumstances to guarantee that every item arriving at your kitchen has never left our sterile environment.
• Commercial Packaging Products (PET Jars & Storage): Unused, undamaged, and unopened PET jar collections or kitchen storage containers in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs for non-damaged packaging merchandise.

💥 Damaged, Broken, or Incorrect Shipments

While we pack every order with the utmost care using premium materials, transit mishaps can occasionally happen. Your satisfaction is our absolute priority. You are fully protected if your package arrives broken, damaged, or if we made an error in your shipment:
  • Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If a jar is broken or product quality is compromised, take clear photographs of the shipping box and the damaged items.
  • Send an email within 48 hours of delivery to hello@bryspices.com with your Order Number and the photos attached.
  • Our support team will review your claim swiftly and either issue a full refund for the affected merchandise or arrange a free replacement shipment at zero extra cost to you.

🔄 Order Cancellations & Modifications

Because we strive to process and ship our products as quickly as possible to ensure maximum efficiency, orders enter our fulfillment cycle almost immediately. You may request a cancellation or modification within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched or a tracking number has been generated in our New Jersey warehouse, we cannot accommodate cancellations, address changes, or modifications.

Approved Refunds Timeline

Once a damage claim, return package, or order error is officially approved and processed by our team, the credit will automatically be applied back to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10–14 business days for your financial institution or credit card company to officially post the refund to your account statement.
