π Where do you ship from and how long does it take?
All BRY orders are proudly packed and shipped directly from our primary fulfillment center in New Jersey, United States. We partner with premium domestic carriers (UPS, FedEx, and USPS) to ensure safe and fast delivery. Shipping for both our gourmet food items and premium PET jar collections typically takes only 3β5 business days once dispatched.
π΅ How much does shipping cost?
Our shipping rates depend entirely on the type of product and your delivery location:
- For Food Products (Spices & Teas): In standard U.S. zones (49 states), shipping is Complimentary Free for orders over $49.00, and a flat-rate of $9.90 USD applies for orders below $49.00. For remote regions (13 states/territories), live carrier rates apply at checkout plus a $5.00 handling fee.
- For PET Jars & Kitchen Storage: Due to the bulk and volume of commercial packaging items, rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based strictly on total weight (from 0.1 lb up to 100 lb) and your delivery zone.
π Do you ship internationally?
Currently, BRY operates and ships exclusively within the United States. We are unable to offer international shipping at this time, allowing us to focus entirely on providing the fastest, premium domestic service to our U.S. customers.
πΏ Are your food products Organic, Non-GMO, and Natural?
Yes, absolutely. At BRY, we take immense pride in 100% natural integrity. All our gourmet spices, seasonings, and botanical infusions are strictly Non-GMO, non-irradiated, and completely free from artificial additives, preservatives, or MSG. We source only premium, clean agricultural products.
π¦ Are your PET jars and kitchen storage containers food-safe?
Yes. All PET jars and containers offered in our shop are made from high-quality, BPA-free, and 100% food-grade plastic. They are safe, durable, crystal-clear, and perfectly designed for commercial spice packaging, home organization, or pantry dry-food storage.
π‘οΈ What is your return policy? What if my order arrives damaged?
- For Food Products (Spices & Teas): Due to public health and safety regulations regarding food items, all sales are final and we cannot accept physical returns.
- For PET Jars & Storage Containers: Unused, undamaged, and unopened jar collections can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Damaged Items: Your satisfaction is our absolute priority. If any part of your package (food or jars) arrives damaged or incorrect, simply take clear photos of the items and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will swiftly arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
π Can I cancel or change my order?
Because we strive to process and dispatch shipments quickly, our fulfillment team handles orders almost immediately. You may request a cancellation or address modification within 2 hours of placing your order. Once a shipping label is printed or a tracking number is generated in our New Jersey warehouse, no changes can be made.
